Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We currently operate out of a shared commercial kitchen, the Kitchen Council, located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This means that we do not have a physical storefront (yet!) and that we are primarily a pop-up shop that sells direct-to-consumer. To receive your order, we offer local area pick up options at the Kitchen Council, or in Omaha at Sheelytown Market, located in the Hanscom Park neighborhood. We also offer delivery to the surrounding areas for an additional $5.00.

Do you ship?

During the colder months, generally October through March, we are able to ship our chocolate items anywhere in the U.S. upon request. When shipping is available, we ship through the USPS using their flat rate boxes. Shipping prices are subject to current postal rates. If you are interested in having our items shipped to you or someone you know, feel free to contact us

Do you offer any gluten-free or vegan items?

Most of our chocolates currently contain dairy and soy. Depending on the flavor, some chocolates will contain wheat products as well. We will notate this, along with other possible allergens on the product listing and physical packaging. If you have any questions regarding the ingredients we use, please do not hesitate to contact us!

As for baked goods, we are currently doing some research and development to offer gluten-free and vegan items. If you are interested in gluten-free and vegan baked goods, we are happy to recommend Veg.Edible, one of our neighbors at the Kitchen Council. They specialize in both gluten-free and vegan options, and they go the extra mile to offer options that are nut-free, and sometimes soy-free.
